The journey
How your order moves from checkout to delivery
Delivery times can vary according to destination, carrier capacity, customs processing, seasonal volume, and local conditions. The stages below explain the general journey so you know what to expect.
Order confirmation
After your payment has been successfully completed, your order enters our processing queue. A confirmation is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please review your order details and contact us promptly if you notice an address or product issue.
Careful order preparation
Your selected earrings are checked and prepared for shipment. Decorative pieces such as fringe, chains, fabric elements, beads, and sculptural components are handled carefully to reduce unnecessary movement or pressure during packing.
Shipment leaves our fulfillment process
Once your package is handed to the shipping carrier, tracking information may become available. The first tracking event can take a little time to appear, particularly when a parcel is moving between facilities or being transferred into an international network.
Domestic or international transportation
The parcel may pass through multiple sorting facilities, transportation hubs, customs checkpoints, and local delivery networks. International packages may experience periods without visible tracking updates while moving between countries or processing systems.
Final-mile delivery
After the parcel reaches the destination country's local network, it is transferred to the applicable final-mile carrier. Delivery timing may depend on the destination address, local operating schedules, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our direct control.

International orders
Customs is part of the journey.
International shipments may be inspected or processed by customs authorities in the destination country. Customs procedures are outside Lunareth Studio's control and may occasionally add additional time to the delivery process.

Delivery questions
When your parcel takes longer than expected
International logistics are not always linear. A tracking page can remain unchanged for several days even while a parcel continues moving through the transportation network.
No new scan
A temporary lack of tracking updates does not necessarily mean the package is lost. International shipments can move between systems without a new public scan appearing immediately.
Held for inspection
Customs authorities may temporarily hold a shipment for inspection, documentation, valuation, or other procedures. These steps are controlled by local authorities and can vary significantly by destination.
Delivery attempt issue
If a carrier cannot complete delivery because of an incomplete address, inaccessible location, missed delivery, or other local issue, the package may be held for collection or returned according to the carrier's procedures.
When to contact us
If your order appears to have experienced an unusual or extended delay, contact us with your order number and current tracking information. We will review the available shipment information and assist where possible.
