At Lunareth Studio, we want your shopping experience to feel thoughtful from beginning to end. If your purchase does not work out, this policy explains when a refund may be available, how to request one, and what happens after your request is approved.

We understand that sometimes an item may not be the right fit. Our refund process is designed to give customers a straightforward way to contact us, explain the situation, and receive clear instructions before returning a product.
Refund eligibility depends on the condition of the item, the timing of the request, the reason for the return, and any product-specific restrictions. We review each request according to the applicable policy and consumer rights.
Do not ship an item to an address obtained from an old order, carrier label, or third-party source. Our team will provide the appropriate return instructions after reviewing your request.
When can a refund be issued?
The following conditions help us determine whether an order can be approved for a refund.
Original condition
The product should be unused and returned in its original condition. Original packaging, accessories, tags, or other included components should be retained where applicable.
Within the return period
Refund requests should normally be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Contacting us promptly helps avoid unnecessary delays and allows our team to review the request while the order details are readily available.
Approved after review
A refund is processed after the returned item has been received and reviewed. Where the item does not meet the applicable requirements, we will explain the available options.
Every return starts with a conversation.
Send us your order number, the email address used during checkout, and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund. For damaged, defective, or incorrect products, please include clear photographs so our team can understand the issue.
From request to resolution.
The exact timing can vary depending on the return carrier, inspection process, payment method, bank, and other circumstances. The stages below show the general process.

Review
Our team reviews the request and, where needed, asks for photographs or additional information.
Return
If approved, you will receive return instructions. Please package the item securely and retain tracking information.
Refund
After the return is received and approved, the refund is submitted to the original payment method.
Some situations require additional review.
Refund eligibility may be affected when a product has been used, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without required components. Certain final-sale or otherwise identified non-returnable products may also be excluded, subject to applicable law.
- Products that show visible signs of wear, use, washing, alteration, or damage may not qualify.
- Items returned without necessary accessories, components, or packaging may require additional review.
- Products specifically identified as final sale or non-returnable may be excluded.
- Returns sent without prior authorization may be delayed or rejected.
- Where an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us promptly with supporting photographs.
What happens after approval?
Once an eligible return has been received and reviewed, we will process the approved refund using the original payment method whenever possible.
After the refund is submitted, the time required for the funds to appear in your account is controlled largely by your payment provider or financial institution. If you have received confirmation from us but cannot yet see the credit, please allow additional processing time before contacting your payment provider.
